July 12 will be an unprecedented day for BYU Football and BYUtv. Independence means exactly what it suggests: freedom. With that freedom, we'll maximize our Media Day opportunities by broadcasting three amazing hours of original programming from our new building on campus. We'll be joined by BYU Football coaches, administrators, players and legends while giving you unprecedented coverage to the 2011 team as we lead up to the season opener on September 3.

In addition to the television events on July 12, we'll also be providing two and a half hours of online webcasts, where you, the fan, will have a chance to submit questions to BYU players and watch it live on byutv.org.

We'll run those webcasts with Cougar players from 11am to 12pm, 2pm to 3pm, and in Spanish from 3pm to 3:30pm. As of now, the individuals involved in the webcasts are:

11:00 am hour

-Ty Detmer
-Bryan Kehl
-Jameson Frazier
-Corby Eason

2:00 pm hour

-Jake Heaps
-McKay Jacobson
-Bryan Kariya
-Justin Sorensen

3:00 pm hour (In Spanish)

There's no better time to start submitting your questions than now! To submit questions for the webcast, visit the BYUtv Sports Facebook page, "Like" the page and post your questions directly on the wall (remember to include the player’s name you’re addressing). If your question isn’t directed at any one person, we’d still like to see it!
